I have used Tom Lanza twice... two hot
water heaters that both went out on holiday weekends. Within 4 hours
of my calls, they were replaced no muss and no fuss. Tom knows
plumbing, and Tom also knows customer service. I would have given him
a 5th star if his rates were a little more in line with other
vendors. He is on the high side of acceptable, but it is important to
factor in that the work is done right and there will be no call-backs
for problems. I certainly recommend him.
